Content, or links to content promoting, or providing instructional information about, illegal activities. Conten,t or links to content, promoting the physical harm or injury of any group or individual. The display of material containing obscene nudity or pornography -- such
accounts must move to an adult server (contact sales for more information). The following are not allowed: acts of copyright infringement (including offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs), information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices (including serial or registration numbers for software programs), and any type of cracker utilities Programs which put high loads on shared servers. Cracker utilities include Forums (IKONBOARD), Message Boards, IRC Chats and any program or script in any language which performs a high load on the CPU. The following will result in account cancellation: Unsolicited E-mail (Spam), Unsolicited commercial advertisements (spam), Unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam"). These include, but are not limited to, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, charity requests, petitions for signatures, and political or religious tracts. Such messages may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested them from your domain. Forging, altering or removing electronic mail headers is prohibited. Any domain sending stealth spam will be  terminated without warning and without refund. Sending numerous copies of the same, or substantially similar, message with the intent to disrupt a server or account ("mail bombing")is prohibited. Spamming Newsgroups -- Commercial advertisements -- are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. Mail may not be used to harass or intimidate others. Harassment, whether through language, frequency of messages, or size of messages, is prohibited.

Payment Policies
All accounts are billed and charged according to the agreement between Advent Logic, Inc and the Customer. Customers are automatically billed on arranged cycles. You have the right to cancel your account at any time for any reason. To cancel your account, click HERE. In situations where the card number on file is declined, Advent Logic, Inc will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, Advent Logic, Inc reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The client is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the client sends a cancellation request. All invoices will be sent directly to clients via e-mail shortly after the online purchase has been made. You may also use our online accounting system to view your billing information and invoices, and to make changes to your account.

Intellectual Property Rights
Material accessible to you through Advent Logic, Inc's services may be subject to protection under the United States or other copyright laws, or under laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Unless expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use Advent Logic, Inc or its servers and network in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights with respect to any material that you access or receive through the Advent Logic, Incnetwork. If you use a domain name in connection with Advent Logic, Inc or a similar service, you must not use that domain name in violation of any trademark, service mark, or similar rights of any third party. Network Security Customers may not use the Advent Logic, Inc network in an attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any  host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the customer, logging into a server oraccount the customer is not expressly authorized to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other of the organization's security policy. Customers may not attempt to interfere or deny service to any user, host, or network. This includes, but is notlimited to, flooding, mail bombing, or other deliberate attempts to overload or crash a host or network. Advent  Logic, Inc will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations. Users who violate system or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.

Lawful Purpose
Customers may only use Advent Logic, Inc server for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials described above is left entirely to the discretion of Advent Logic, Inc management. Regardless of the place of the signing of this agreement, the client agrees that for purposes of venue this contract was entered into in Whitman County, Washington, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Whitman County, Pullman. Defendants further waive all objections to venue and acknowledge that venue in any such litigation will be held in Whitman County courts. Note: Advent Logic, Inc has the authority to discontinue or suspend your account whenever necessary in accordance with its internal or external policies.
